Improved chocolate cookie


Ingredients:
1 cup butter
0.25 cup sugar
0.25 cups of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1.75 cups all-purpose flour
1.25 cups of cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
2.75 cups of dark chocolate (80%+)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 176 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter until fluffy and creamy. Add the sugar and brown sugar and mix well. Add the eggs one at a time and mix until completely incorporated into the batter. Add the vanilla and mix.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the cookie dough onto the baking sheet with a large cookie scoop. A large cookie scoop holds about 3 tablespoons of cookie dough. The dough should be at least 5.08cm apart.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes. The cookies should start to firm up, but still be soft in the center. Remove from the oven and let cool on a baking sheet on a wire rack for at least five minutes. Repeat with the remaining dough. Allow to cool completely before storing. Store in an airtight container.

Homemade chips


Ingredients:
3-5 potatoes
1 dl sunflower oil
0.3 teaspoon salt
2 heatpapers

Instructions:
Slice it up, paint it with a little bit of oil.
Place them on heatpapers on a plate.
Heat it in the microwave on 750Watts for 3 minutes.
Flip them and continue the microwaving for 2 minutes.
Salt them.

Spiced drumsticks


Ingredients:
(For approx 6-8 drumsticks)
6-8 drumsticks (of course, duh)
cooking oil (depends on pot size)
3 eggs
3 cup of flour
4 cup of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 spice cup (diameter=2.5cm height=1.5cm) filled with these:
paprika powder (a bit less than other spices)
crumbled rosemary
savory (Borsikafű)
thyme
basil
tarragon
oregano
cayenne pepper (1-3 pinch)
marjoram
garlic powder (3-4 pinch)
onion powder
black pepper (1-3 pinch)

Instructions:
Prepare the eggs,flour and breadcrumbs in a different deep dish.
Crack the eggs and mix them.
Mix the spice together and pour the contents of the spice cup in the deep dish with the breadcrumbs.
Mix the breadcrumbs and the spice.
Roll the drumsticks in the flour, then in the eggs, then in the deep dish containing the breadcrumbs with spice.
Cook the drumsticks in the oil 110 °C and let them cook for about 30 minutes (If preferred, for 40 minutes). Occasionally roll them and poke them.
